本プライバシーポリシーおよび利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、UnifyText（以下「本アプリ」）の利用に適用されます。
本アプリをダウンロード、インストール、または使用することにより、ユーザーは本規約に同意したものとみなされます。同意いただけない場合は、本アプリをご利用いただけません。
本アプリは13歳以上の方を対象としています。13歳未満の方はご利用いただけません。
本アプリは個人開発者（Masao Narumi）により運営されています。企業による運営ではないため、サポート対応等に時間がかかる場合があります。
本アプリは暗号化技術を使用しているため、輸出規制等により一部の国・地域ではご利用いただけない場合があります。ご利用地域の法令を遵守してください。
This Privacy Policy and Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to UnifyText ("the App").
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the App.
The App is intended for users aged 13 and older. Users under 13 are not permitted to use the App.
The App is operated by an individual developer (Masao Narumi). As this is not a corporate operation, support responses may take time.
The App uses encryption technology, which may restrict availability in certain countries or regions due to export regulations. Please comply with local laws in your region.
本アプリはエンドツーエンド暗号化（E2EE）を採用しています。ユーザーが送受信するテキストの内容は、ユーザーの端末上で暗号化され、サーバーには暗号化されたデータのみが保存されます。暗号化キーはユーザーの端末内にのみ安全に保存され、サーバーには送信されません。開発者を含め、誰もこのデータを復号することはできません。
本アプリは、サービス提供のために以下の情報を収集します。
本アプリはFirebase（Google LLC）を利用しています。Firebaseは本規約およびApp Storeガイドラインと同等のプライバシー保護を提供します。
法令に基づく開示要請を除き、ユーザーの個人データを広告事業者、データブローカー、その他の第三者に販売・提供することは一切ありません。
The App uses end-to-end encryption (E2EE). The content of text you send and receive is encrypted on your device, and only encrypted data is stored on our servers. Encryption keys are stored securely only on your device and are never transmitted to our servers. No one, including the developer, can decrypt this data.
The App collects the following information to provide its services:
The App uses Firebase (Google LLC). Firebase provides privacy protection equivalent to these Terms and App Store guidelines.
Except as required by law, we will never sell or provide your personal data to advertisers, data brokers, or other third parties.
サーバーには暗号化されたデータのみが保存されます。暗号化キーはサーバーに保存されないため、サーバー上のデータを復号することは技術的に不可能です。
サービスの利用をやめたい場合は、アプリからログアウトしてください。ログアウトにより、本規約への同意を撤回し、ユーザーのデータは上記のとおり削除されます。
Only encrypted data is stored on our servers. Since encryption keys are not stored on the server, it is technically impossible to decrypt server-side data.
If you wish to stop using the App, please log out from the App. By logging out, you withdraw your consent to these Terms and your data will be deleted as described above.
本アプリは、ユーザーの明示的な操作によってのみテキストを送受信します。ユーザーの操作なしに自動で送信や受信を行うことはありません。
テキストを受信した後、通知をタップするか、アプリ画面上でタップすることで、ユーザーの端末のクリップボードに書き込まれます。ユーザーの操作なしに自動でクリップボードに書き込むことはありません。この際、クリップボードに既に存在するデータは上書きされます。
暗号化キー（マスターキー）はユーザーの端末内にのみ保存されます。このキーを紛失した場合（端末の紛失、アプリの削除等）、暗号化されたデータを復元することは技術的に不可能です。開発者がキーを復元することもできません。
The App sends and receives text only through explicit user action. Text will not be sent or received automatically without user action.
After receiving text, it is written to your device's clipboard when you tap the notification or tap within the App. Text will not be written to the clipboard automatically without user action. When this occurs, any existing data in the clipboard will be overwritten.
Encryption keys (master keys) are stored only on your device. If you lose this key (due to device loss, app deletion, etc.), it is technically impossible to recover encrypted data. The developer cannot recover your key.

なお、本アプリはエンドツーエンド暗号化を採用しており、サーバーには暗号化されたデータのみが保存されています。サーバーへの攻撃によって、ユーザーのテキスト内容を取得することは技術的に不可能です。

Note: The App uses end-to-end encryption, and only encrypted data is stored on our servers. It is technically impossible to obtain users' text content through server attacks.
本規約に違反した場合（サーバーへの攻撃、不正なAPIアクセス、レート制限の回避等）、該当アカウントを制限または停止することがあります。
サーバーへの攻撃等により、サービス全体の安定性に影響が生じた場合、すべてのユーザーへのサービスを一時的に停止することがあります。
本アプリは個人開発のため、継続的な攻撃等によりサービスの運用が困難と判断した場合、サービスを恒久的に終了することがあります。この場合、攻撃者を含むすべてのユーザーがサービスを利用できなくなります。
If you violate these Terms (including attacks on servers, unauthorized API access, circumventing rate limits, etc.), your account may be restricted or suspended.
If server attacks or other issues affect the stability of the entire service, we may temporarily suspend the service for all users.
As this App is developed by an individual, if continued attacks make service operation untenable, the service may be permanently terminated. In such cases, all users, including attackers, will lose access to the service.
本アプリは個人利用を想定した、個人開発のサービスです。そのため、サービス品質保証（SLA）の提供、計画メンテナンスや障害時の事前通知、迅速なサポート対応はお約束できません。
業務でのご利用は自己責任でお願いします。業務利用による損害について、補償は行いません。
This App is a personally developed service intended for personal use. As such, we cannot guarantee service level agreements (SLA), advance notice of planned maintenance or outages, or prompt support responses.
Use for business purposes is at your own risk. We do not provide compensation for damages resulting from business use.
本アプリは「現状有姿（As-Is）」で提供されます。開発者は動作や品質の改善に努めますが、いかなる保証も行えません。
本アプリは個人開発のため、問題への対応に時間がかかる場合や、対応できない場合があります。また、開発者の判断によりサービスを終了する場合があります。
The App is provided "as is." While the developer strives to improve operation and quality, no warranties can be provided.
As this App is developed by an individual, responses to issues may be delayed or may not be provided at all. The service may also be terminated at the developer's discretion.
本規約を変更する場合は、アプリ内またはWebサイトで通知します。
変更後も本アプリの利用を継続した場合、変更後の規約に同意したものとみなされます。
If we make changes to these Terms, we will notify you within the App or on our website.
If you continue to use the App after changes are made, you will be deemed to have agreed to the revised Terms.
